Healthy Home Registry is run by Contessi Build, a builder on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. These terms cover using this website and booking consulting with Tyler Contessi.

Using the registry

Listings are general information to help you research products. They are not advice about your particular project. Products, specifications, stock and prices change, so confirm details with the supplier and your designer, engineer or builder before you specify or buy anything.

We link to makers' and stockists' websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say or sell.

Consulting prices and payment

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Contessi Build issues a tax invoice.
• Discovery call ($350): paid by card when you book.
• Project review ($1,680): paid before the review starts.
• Healthy home consultant: scope and fees are agreed in writing before any work starts.

Changing or cancelling

• You can reschedule a discovery call for free up to 48 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation email.
• Cancel at least 48 hours ahead and we'll refund you in full.
• Calls cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed, aren't refunded.
• If we need to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.

What consulting advice covers

Consulting is advice and recommendations based on the information you give us. It isn't a design, engineering, certification or a building inspection. Your designer, engineer, certifier and builder stay responsible for their own work and for compliance with the National Construction Code and Queensland requirements.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
